Greenhouse Craft Food is a casual counter-service eatery serving comfort food made with local, seasonal ingredients from Texas farmers and ranchers brimming with bold Texas flavors in a relaxing family-friendly environment.
We are open daily and serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Our regular menu consists of craft sandwiches, hormone and antibiotic-free burgers, steaks and chicken, pasta dishes, hearty soups and salads and rotating weekly chef specials alongside Texas craft beers and wines.
Chef Rob Snow
Originally from Alvin, TX, owner and executive chef Rob Snow developed his culinary skills around the country soon after graduating with honors from Le Cordon Bleu – Las Vegas. Snow cut his teeth as a personal chef before landing in the kitchen at FIX at the Bellagio where he spent four years perfecting his techniques. Soon after he and his wife Sonja had their first daughter Scarlett, they made the decision to relocate to Austin. Upon Snow’s arrival in 2007, he was immediately offered a position at Flemming’s where he developed his knowledge of meat and seafood butchering. Snow moved on taking a sous-chef position at Vintage Villas in Lakeway. It wasn’t until the summer of 2009 when he landed the executive chef position at Mansion at Judge’s Hill that he found his inspiration in working with local, seasonal Texas ingredients and bold flavors.
Today, chef Snow is proud to offer fresh, healthy food made with local, seasonal ingredients to the residents of Round Rock and the surrounding communities while also supporting Texas farmers, ranchers and food artisans.
