This 5 course menu, inspired by the seminal 1966 surf film, “The Endless Summer”, will feature flavors of the Pacific Islands throughout the evening and will be paired with beers from Austin’s award-winning sustainable brewery, Hops and Grain, including an exclusive beer specifically brewed just for this dinner.
